Refund and Returns Policy

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Shipping Information

Dometic Power & Control (Enerdrive) Pty Ltd use National Carriers to deliver you orders. We charge a flat fee rate for deliveries which is charged to your order.

Please Note – Special Conditions apply to Unique Locations. If the delivery address is deemed a “unique location” you will receive a notification via email or direct phone call advising the additional freight costs to be incurred

Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48hrs. Special Order Items, Production Items and Short Stock Items will have an extended delivery time.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

  • Most items that are regularly stocked at Dometic Power & Control (Enerdrive) Pty Ltd or are locally available may be accepted for return.
  • However, items that are Special Order, are not applicable for return or accepted for return
  • Once a product has been test fitted, installed, or used it can no longer be returned.
  • If items are returned in any condition other than brand new, they may be subject to additional restocking/repackaging fees or may be rejected for return, in which case they will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Dometic Power & Control (Enerdrive) Pty Ltd will accept return of merchandise only if in salable condition and notification is within 30 days of receipt.

Items applicable for return will incur up to a 15% Restocking fee when a refund is required. However, if the customer wishes to opt for a store credit, 100% of the purchase value will be applied to the customer account.

To apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please email returns.enerdrive@dometic.com and list your request to initiate the RMA process.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.

Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. Any damaged or incorrect merchandise outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return/replace such merchandise.
